申请校内住宿需要知道的事情!

继续学生住房申请说明

These instructions are for continuing students only which includes (二年级的学生, 初中, 老年人, 研究生, 博士生 第二年回来了).

STEP 1: Complete Your 住房 Application (March 1 – April 5, 2024)

The 住房 Application will be live from March 1st through April 5th.

You must submit your 住房 Application by April 5th to be eligible to select your room on April 16th 和 April 18th.

Once you have completed Step 1 on time, you will be assigned a housing selection time slot. 您将在4月15日收到一封包含此信息的电子邮件.

When it is your time, sign on 和 follow the prompts to select housing.

- Floor plans will be posted under the “Resources” tab on your eRezLife homepage one week before housing selection.
- 你可以 also browse through rooms on eRezLife 和 see what is available. 如果你喜欢一个房间, add it to your favorites so that you can easily find your favorite rooms when you sign in to select your room!
- Rising sophomore students will only be able to select from floors 9,11, 15, & 16 和 upper-class 和 graduate students will only be able to select from floors 10, 12, 13, & 14.

- If you plan on living in a double or triple room, go ahead 和 make your roommate group!

Continuing students who 应用 during 住房 Selection 和 are assigned a room are bound by the terms of the 宿舍协议收到房屋分配后5个工作日. This includes required students (rising sophomores) 和 non-required students (juniors, 老年人, 二年级研究生, 专业学习和博士研究生.)

Due to the first- 和 second-year undergraduate student residential requirements, specific floors 和 rooms will not be available for the housing selection process. This restriction will limit the number of spaces that will be readily available for returning students to select 和 may result in a waitlist for housing. When the dem和 for space for first- 和 second-year students has been satisfied, 额外的名额将提供给等待名单上的学生. Any additional questions can be answered by contacting the Office of 居住生活. Waitlisted students will be notified of their status 和 will be contacted 和 placed as rooms become available.

A: Floor plans will be posted on eRezLife on under Resources a week before the first selection day.

A: 不幸的是,不是. You should try to find a roommate via the resources on eRezLife or 居住生活 will use your preferences listed on your housing application to try to match you with the most compatible roommate available.

A: If all of our housing is filled, you will be placed on the housing waitlist. We will reach out to students on the housing waitlist to offer spaces as they become available.

If you are requesting a 住房 Exemption or Medical Accommodation, 这些请求的文件必须由 2024年3月31日. 您可以在下面找到这些文件.

Rising 二年级的学生 who would like to be considered exempt from housing 和 live off-campus must complete their request via the 房屋豁免表格. Your request will be reviewed, 和 you will be notified of your status via email.

Students who are requesting to be exempt due to a medical or mental health need must also have a 医生证明表格 由专业医疗人员完成.

Students who request an exemption due to their mental health will also be asked to be evaluated by an 二甲基砜顾问 .

医疗设施

Medical Accommodation documents must be turned into the Office of 居住生活 by 2024年3月31日， 优先考虑. After this date it may be harder for us to provide you with an accommodation given changes in availability.

Any student who would like to live in Andersen Hall 和 requires specific disability accommodation should request housing accommodation via the 医生证明表格. Current MSM students must submit the required documentation no later than March 31st for priority consideration. 你可以请在此提交填妥的表格. The Office of 居住生活 will make every effort to meet the needs of our students.
